ok i just got a new monitor and i changed the refresh to 85hz and desktop resolution to 1280x1024...now when i play counterstrike the game doesnt fill the whole screen...there is like a good inch or so of just unused black space on the left side of the screen...is there any way to fix this??
 
You'll find some little buttons on the bottom of your monitor. Adjust your display with these buttons.

(BTW... Your desktop will not change if you do this)
