Problemo con All the 21.xx drivers

i have a gf2 pro and with all 21.xx drivers my monitor cannot wakeup from when i set it to turn off after say "10 minutes". It just stays blank. What's up. I can avoid this by manually turning my monitor off, but it's better to let windows turn it off.
