My pc has been making this loud constant sound, if I shut it down then start it few times won't make that sound at all. Theres no wires touching any of the fans. I took apart the psu and cleaned out the dust, and also cleaned the dust off the cpu heatsink and fan. Someone please help.

try getting down close to the box while its making the sound and see where abouts in the case the sound is coming from

If you can get hold of a stethescope (sic?), maybe from a blood pressure monitor, use that. Or you can use the old screwdriver to the ear method. Hold it with your thumb over the end, with your thumb knuckle (heh, good screen name there) kind of stuck in your ear, and carefully probe with the business end. Don't stick it in a fan or short anything. CAREFUL.
