Problem with XP Login Screen

Well, today I went to log onto XP after a reboot, and I was greeted with an unpleasant surprise.

Instead of that blue log-in screen with the user icons, there was the older style screen. The one from the older versions, the little box with Username/Password in it.

Any idea how to revert back to the original login screen?
 
I'm the opposite. I always switch the new style Welcome screen to the classic login box. But part of that is I'm the sole user so I don't need Fast User Switching or anything like that.

Anyway, somehow it got changed but this should switch it back. Goto

Control Panel -> User Accounts -> 'Change the way users log on or off' -> and make sure 'Use Welcome Screen' is checked
