Problem with x800xl power connector

I bought a powercolor x800xl pci-e without power connnector, when I try to start it says "connect ur power cable" message. I tried connecting 4 pin powercable that powers floppy drives but it still doesnt boot up, same message. There is also thick 6 pin connector but I don't have the right connector. Please help, I don't even know where to get the powercable adapters..

my X800XL doesnt have a power connector.

 
i heard from a forum that the one with the power connector can OC better. but i don't remember where did i saw it 🙁
