Problem with Winsock

When I try to use Winsock in VIsual Basic 6,It has this error:

License information for this component not found. You do not have an apporiate license to use this functionally in the design enviroment.

I did register the dll,and it still has the problem,can anyone help me?

umm,not really, my friend sent it to me via the i-net and he doesnt have a cd burner.

If they can, they shouldn't. AnandTech does not welcome software pirates, regardless of whether or not they obtained their stolen software from 'a friend'.
