Hello, I need your help.
When I try to extracct the content of a RAR file with drag and drop, all the content of the directory containing the RAR file is moved to the target destination.
Moreover, when I click a file in Winrar it will not open, but is saved in the directory containing the RAR file.
Thanks in advance for your help.

Must be something you have changed in settings. Have you tried reinstalling the application with the latest version?

if you can't see the difference in polish between the two, i don't know what to say

What polish?! They both compress and extract. I don't use them as desktop art pieces. If that's what /you/ use them for, I don't know what to say.

Ohhh, then what you meant to say was winRAR looks better, not that it works better. Okay, whatever!

Yes, cutely shaded icons indeed.

Winrar is a good piece of software and so is 7Zip. Everyone has their preferences, so there really isn't any reason to be harping on about alternatives.

polish is more than pretty pictures

it's correctly handling unusual circumstances, it's gracefully handling errors, it's making the simple simple and easy to use

Except in this case WinRAR isn't working ;^)

WinRAR is working just fine, it's user error

I know that sounds funny after just talking about how it's more polished, but I admit it's not perfect, just a hell of a lot closer than 7zip
