Problem with Windows XP Home and network

I have a network with 4 pc's. Two of them have Windows 98SE, one with XP Home and another with XP pro. My problem is
that the when i try to access the other pc's from the computer with Windows XP Home, it doesn't allow me to have access
because of privileges. The same happens when i try to access the pc with windows xp home from the same pc! Also, the computer name of the pc with windows xp home appears as unknown when i
open the entire contents of the network and all the computers are listed. Any help?

Make sure that the network adapter firewall is turned off in Network Connections
