problem with win32k.sys

Whenever im on the computer, the blue screen comes up, and it says "win32k.sys", or "Page_Fault_In_Nonpaged_Area," or "IRQL_not_less_or_equal."
My microsoft error reporting say's that it's a driver that is causing this. Does anyone know what this is? Can I just reinstall xp to get rid of this?

Thanks

This is one of those "it could be anything" cases. Did you recently upgrade a driver or install new hardware? Undo the change and see if it goes away. I once had a bad stick or memory and got each of those errors. Try swapping sticks and running only one stick at a time. If all else fails reinstall XP. Good luck.
