I have been using win2k for a long time. Since I moved a few months ago I haven't found all my software yet. I guess my win2k cd is at my parent's house. Anyways, Win2k will no longer load. When it starts to boot it says system.ini is corrupt and insert the win2k cd to repair. Since I don't have the cd I guess I am SOL. I have my XP cd so I installed it. It works find, I just would like to have all my programs and settings from win2k migrated to XP. Since I cannot boot 2k to use the file and settings transfer utility that XP has, what can I do? Is there I way to migrate my settings?

hook both dives up one as master the other (win2k) as slave..file setting and tranfer wizard should take it from there, or just copy paste while your at it
