problem with wifi

one friend has a problem with his wifi at his nettop
the wireless network list shows a network that the windows try to connect to
but i can not disable that network. i press the disconect but windows refuse to disconect. press connect to a diferent network but windows refuse to disconect from the network and connect to the prefered one.
any advice how i will make windows xp to connect to the right network????
 
It is a matter of how the Wireless properties are configured.
