One of my two VA912bs is acting up, looking very washed out and wavy. I've attempted to contact ViewSonic tech support three times in the last three days, but each time was left on hold for more than an hour with no answer. So, my question is twofold:
A) Does anyone know how to fix this? The monitor corrected once when it was bumped, but it's started doing this again and bumping it doesn't seem to make it stop anymore.
B) Is this par for the course with ViewSonic? I've never contacted their tech support before this incident, but I'm absolutely shocked at the wait times. Is this a year round thing, or is this because of Christmas?
