Problem with video (KK266 & ti 200)

Me and a friend of mine just built him a new computer.It`s an IWILL KK266 motherboard,384 mb ram,1.4 tbird,and a asus ti 200 video card running XP Pro.Well,to start off,XP wouldn`t install,come to find out it didn`t like the video card(ME would install)so we put in a 16 mb tnt2 video card and installed XP,then changed video cards.Anyway,the video is choppy at times when playing Comanche 4.I`ve changed settings,installed new drivers(23.71 mabey?nNot the newest,I downloaded them about a month ago)The newer drivers helped,but it`s still a little choppy.I didn`t think a system like this would be the least bit choppy.Any ideas?I`m all out.

Found the problem.I upgraded the bios on the KK266 and that fixed everything.Never ran into that one.Oh well
