Problem with video cards and Voltage

Hello my system is:
Asus A8n32SLI
AMD Atholn FX-60
2 gb ram Corsair 3500LLPRO
Two 74Gb Raptors id raid stripping mode
1 Maxtor 250Gb for Backup
2 Geforce 7900GTX from EVGA Superclocked.
Swiftceh watercooling system for CPU and 2 VGAs.

The problem is that the cards stoped responding, when booting i would get a black screen with a little white blinking cursor. it wouldnt even show me the bios screen.
I borrowed a geforce 6200 to see if it was the cards and it booted fine.
I wrote to EVGA and they said to download speedfan and give them the info.
The + 12v rail was at 11.90v, so they said taht was the problem.
Ive been in varios forums and it seems like many peolple have the same 11.90 voltage and have no problems
So taht makes me think that maybe evga is giving me a wrong advise.
By the way my PSU is a Enermax Noisetaker 600 Watts.
Thanks in advances to anyone who helps me

You need to measure the voltage using a Volt meter.
Never rely on the voltage reported by those software utilities.

The BIOS gets its input from the same voltage sensor as Speedfan or any other software utility does!
