My friend has a board with this chipset and there seems to be a problem, with the usb ports being recognized by Win2000, can someone help me find out what the problem is with the board. I installed the Via's 4 in 1 but it didn't do anything. I don't know what company makes the board cuz there isn't any name on it nor in the user manual.
She has a scanner and she wants to use it but windows doesn't recognize it because windows says that the usb controller isn't supported. So the problem lies in finding a windows 2000 driver or something like that for the usb ports !
