Problem with unblocking laptop access to wireless network

I have two laptops connected to my wireless network and i accidentally blocked by mac address the second laptop. I blocked it in the router settings through Access Control>Block by MAC address. My router is LW310V2.
Now, after i have removed the mac address block the laptop still can't connect to the network. It has installed Windows XP and when i click connect it just shows that it attempts to connect to the network but it doesn't connect.
Any idea why this is happening? I already restarted the laptop and the router couple of times but it still won't connect.

edit: Nevermind, i found the problem
