Problem with TV/FM card

I recently installed a LeadTek TV 2000 XP card to listen and watch TV and FM. Installation went fine on Windows XP on my Soyo K7V Dragon Plus motherboard. But it wont let me hear any sound from the tuner card. The setup is to get the Sound Output from the TV Tuner Card into the Line In of the Sound Card which in my case is the C Media sound card built in on the motherboard. There is definately sound there from the TV Tuner Card because i bybass the Line In and went directly into the speakers and can listen to the Tv and FM. All the settings and Line in's and out's on the sound card is up and not muted. I can also see the sound level is in sync with the TV card by lowering the sound card's Line IN level down and it which will also lower the sound level on the TV card. I also can hit the record and it will record video and sound and can listen on the playback the audio and video of either TV or FM. BUT it just will not let me hear the TV or FM live. I have all the available updates on the drivers and did several reinstalltions of the sound cards drivers and the TV card. I need to know what else i can do to unblock the sound coming into the line in to follow through to the speaker output. I have tried many things. but i will keep trying almost anything but reinstalling Win XP or simply buying a TV and Radio and putiing beside the monitor. Any help is greatly appreciated!
