problem with ti4200 w/Asus A7M266D

I have been using my Gainward ti4200 w/64MB on an Asus P4B266-C for the last 2 month with no problem. But I put the same card on an Asus A7M266D and I see jumpy lines on my 19" monitor, looks like interference of some sort. These are two different computers (different HD, case, PS, etc). I do have 1 GB of memory and 2 Amd 1900 XP in the A7M266D box, only using a 300 watt PS, could this be the problem, I had a GF2 MX card in it before and that was fine.

yes i do have the latest driver installed and windows XP is updated to the latest bug fixes.
