problem with Temp folder..

hi all,

my problem is:
setup was unable to create directory
"c:\users\**\AppData\local|Temp\is-JC8U5.tmp"

i use progam ((Gilisoft lock pro)),for lock temp folder.
and cant delete or install any program because the temp folder LOCK.
.
i am so sorry for bad english.

any help please.

sorry ,
for this problem ia talk to support and he say:
after delete all file for Gilisoft lock pro,then
delete C:\WINDOWS\system32\drivers\FileLock.sys then reboot your pc.
