Problem with system clock, changes all the time?

Hi, I have had an Antec TruePower 550W supply for a while now and I have had this one problem that has been bothering me, but I guess not enough to truly try to fix it. My system clock isn't synchronized all the time, meaning when I startup my computer, it shows the correct time, but after a while it doesn't. It may revert back a few hours or so and it doesn't seem to change back to the correct time unless i turn off the computer and turn it back on. At first, I thought my CMOS battery was dead, so I replaced it. I have an Asus P4C800-E Deluxe motherboard, so it's not a bad quality motherboard or anything. The only thing that I could probably see may be potentially doing this is my modding of the power supply to use a Panaflo L1A 80mm fan for the exhaust. After many many months of using this power supply modded (I modded it in the summer of last year), I don't think this is the case anymore. Can someone please give me a suggestion on how to solve my problem? I don't want to buy another power supply because I really like this Antec one since everything is high quality about it, just that the stock 80mm fan had a whining sound that I didn't like. The Panaflo is connected to a Sunbeam Rheobus fan controller, but I always keep that at full speed. Please let me know what's going on.

did you check the timezone you're set at in windows? sometimes the simplest solution is the right one.

If the time zone was off, then I don't think the PC would boot with the correct time???

Do you have any kind of Clock syncronizing program installed? If so, maybe it's going haywire?

Simple test for your time issue to prove that is not hardware causing it. Set the time in the bios. Shut off the pc. Reboot, go into bios and let it sit. Is the time right? If so, you have a software issue. Probably norton.
