Problem is pretty self-explanatory with a quick look at the screenshots ... it worked before but now it doesnt ?

Forgot to mention - yes, that screenshot is after a fresh reboot.

Also tried setting it back, rebooting, and then changing it - no change.

Reboot into safe mode, change it, nothing.

Reboot into safe mode, change it back to defaults, reboot back into safe mode, change it : nothing.

Its weird cause it worked in the morning ... came back in the afternoon and it didn't work anymore.
 
So aggrivating .. its like I'm changing settings but nothing changes!

(actually .. thats exactly whats happening. bah).

I mean .. I can clearly see that these things are turned off. But, they're not. *tears at hair*
 
You might want to disable user tracking and personalized menus, above on that same panel.
 
"Not configured" should = "off" but ... thanks for the tip =)
