Problem with staples pricematch and coupon.

I tried to use a coupon (#91178) with a pricematch from staples. The CSR ask how I recevied the code postcard or letter. I told her it was a post card. She said I would have to fax the coupon to her for them to verify.

This is the item I tried to do:

Staples Item: IM1445283 Adaptec 19160 SCSI Card $345.99.

Pricematch with www.officeexpress.com Adaptec 19160 SCSI Card $206.57 + $7.95 SH = $214.52

Staples Price after pricematch and coupon:

$214.52 - $40 (CC# 91178) = $174.52

Is there anyway around this. I got the coupon online.
