Hello,
The speaker for about 15 years ago.
Motherboad is Asus P8b75-V .
When computer is turn on and log in on windows whenever I press turn on button of speaker some peripherals off for 3-4 second such as monitor and mouse turn off for 3 or 4 seconds and automatically turn on.
I think speaker has a problem and when I turn on the speaker shocked to the motherboard. is this true?
Can this problem harmful for other component in this computer?
Thanks

Specify more details about the speaker brand name and model number.
If you had it for about 15 years and its causing a short on the mobo speaker port.
I suggest you find or borrow some newer speakers and make sure the problem isn't the asus board.

Thanks , could you please more explain about “causing a short on mobo speaker port” ?
This speaker isn’t brand and no specific name or model. It’s ordinary.
Maybe This problem cause from bad voltage from speaker to motherhood?
The output speaker port is jack 3.5

A short means a piece of hardware attached to a device that maybe faulty may cause it to crash or not work.
The metal tip of your speaker plugs that goes into the green speaker port is what I'm referring to.
If you could get a pair of headphones or another speaker to test it with.
You'll find out quickly if it crashes like the other speakers, if it does not crash and keeps working as normal.
You can rule out your old speakers was indeed the problem.
Make sure your sound card drivers are recent while testing and using normally.
