Problem with Soyo P4S Dragon Ultra

Hey folks, have a problem, not sure what board to post this too...

Bought a P4S Dragon Ultra about a month ago, since then my computer has been freezing pretty randomly (could be 4 minutes, or 2 hours)....can't figure out why it is doing this...

..I had a Geforce 2 video card, upgraded to Geforce 4 to see if it fixed the problem (and cause I wanted to anyway) but this didn't solve the problem (even after trying nvidia drivers from 21.xx to 29.xx)....

..I downloaded all the latest drivers for the motherboard...didn't work either....

..checked for any conflicts with on board perpherials, nothing....

..when I installed the new motherboard I upgraded from Windows 2k to Windows XP (would going back to 2k be worth trying?)..

...when I bought the board I bought a stick of 512meg PC 2700 (Samsung, from 1st Choice Memory...suppose to be low temp, no heat spreader), not sure if this might be the problem...can't really solve this one without buying another stick of RAM, so this is a last option...

...so could anyone think of something obvious I might have missed, and could try?....any positive suggestions would be appreciated..

..thanx in advance..

The P4S Dragon was one of the worst motherboards I have ever owed. It was horribly unstable. In the end I returned it and got an Epox 4SDA+, which turned out to be an awesome choice and everything the Dragon should have been.
