Yes, you can get the drivers to your hard drive. There are two ways.
1) Start up the install program, and quickly check your C:\Windows\Temp (if you have 9x) or C:\Documents and Settings\[user]\Local Settings\Temp (for 2k/XP) folder. That is where the SBLive!Ware installer program drops all its files temporarily, and you are free to drag-n-drop them to wherever you want.
2) Find a program called i5comp or i6comp. It is an installshield cab file extractor you can use to manually extract the files from the cab files without running the installer. The programs are a bit rough, mind you, and not for the newbie user, but they do work.
You might be better off, however, figuring out why the installer doesn't show you having a SBLive! card than trying to jury-rig its drivers
