problem with sharing outlook 2003 calendar

how do i enable this feature? When i right click on my calendar, the sharing option is grey out. When i clicked on properties, there are no tab for permission.

It sounds like you don't have permission to do this and I would suggest contacting your sys admin.
I am assuming you are running an Exchange server(?)
