Problem with Sapphire Radeon X850PRO VIVO

I am trying to capture video from analog camera by using this video card but the quality of captured material is very very low. Please can someone help me with the setting that can change that or give me some advice for alternative software to use. I am using ATI bundle software at the moment. Where I can change input / quality setting when I am trying to capture video.

I havent tried capturing video myself, but I know you can do it with virtualdub. It's a free video editing app, and you can select various options and codecs to get the quality you need.
