Hi
The problem is that when I try to print payslips from Sage Payroll, I get a windows error along the lines of "caused an error in MSJET4.dll". I am using Windows Me and have downloaded the latest printer driver and version of MSJET4.dll to no avail. It did print them off once and I thought I'd cracked it, but the next payroll run caused the same problem. The problem only occurs when printing payslips. I can print reports within Payroll just fine. The printer also works ok with all other windows apps. I notice that the payslip files I am having problems with have a different file suffix than the reports, if the cause lies here.
The old Canon laser printer that the Samsung was to replace prints the payslips without problems.
Any advice would be appreciated.
Thanks
Sean
