Problem with RedStorm Overclocking on Soltek SL-75DRV2

Got my new board up and running, loaded all the drivers, tested with sandra, everything looked good, then went into the BIOS to overclock with the Red Storm feature on this SOLTEK SL-75DRV2 mobo.
Thats when it all came to a halt. The fsb went up to 153 and stoped, the screen said that the computer was to restart at a lower fsb setting. Well it didn't, so the screen said to turn off power and restart, after doing this my system now will not boot at all, no post ,no video, just two to three beeps, and then the floppy starts to run....?
Anyone else ever have this problem?
I've reset the cmos several times ....no go.
removed all cards less video...no go.
tried agp and pci video....no go.
only have the one stick of DDR, but the system ran fine before trying that @#$^&&%$ Red Storm feature.

CPU - XP 1600+
RAM - OCZ 256 DDR cl=2
Video - TNT2 Ultra 32mb AGP
Power supply - Powerman 350W

Where do I go from Here?
