Problem with RAM in a Shuttle XPC

Hey guys, I have a Shuttle XPC SN85G4V3 and the motherboard is only reading my Ram (Corsair Valueselects PC3200) at PC2700. In addition, its reading that I have 4 x 256mb in there instead of 2 x 512mb. I have no idea whats causing this problem, any help would be good.
