Problem with Quake3 timedemo

This is what I am typing at the console to run the timedemo 001:

/timedemo 1
/demo demo001

When I type this it starts to load Q3tourney6 then dumps me back to the main selection screen.

I have the 1.27g patch installed.

All the old demos are no longer supported, as is most MODS. There are new demos available, but I can't help you there...

BTW: Since I mostly play added MODS on Q3, I am currently staying with 1.17 till 1.27 is better supported.
 
The new demo is called "demo demo127".
The old demos are still there but the file extensions have been changed. The next Quake 3 update should fix the problem.
