Problem with PowerDVD......Please Help

When I try running PowerDVD(ver. 2.55) it returns with an error msg of an ESDI drive or ASPI manager incompability. I installed the lastest ASPI on my computer but PowerDVD still continued to give the same msg. Does anyone have the same problem? Please Help!!
