Problem with POST, code A4, Initialize Typematic Rate

Also, what might be causing this A4 error? How did I get this error code? I'm using a POST card to see what it errors at. Please advise, this is an nForce 2 chipset motherboard. I tried resetting the CMOS and that did nothing. Thanks in advance.
