Problem with PicPick - Anybody use it?

This is a shot in the dark....this screen capture program is supposed to be able to send the images to your Skype contacts. Mine has stopped doing that. When I click on the Skype button, it pulls up the window in Skype that says "select contacts to send to" but the window is empty. I've reinstalled both programs and looked for settings to change but nothing's helped. Any ideas?
 
Reinstalling the program PicPick might help. You may want to do that to Skype as well if it does not fix things (adding back your contacts will be frustrating though). A scan for viruses will be helpful too.
 
Tried that several times and it didn't help. The problem may be Skype....also having trouble with Skype volume that I can't fix. The Skype volume is much lower than system volume even though it's set to max. So I have to set system volume to max to hear Skype talk and then any other sound from the system blasts out way too loud.
