problem with philips projector

I have a philips ProScreen 4600 projector. It can be used for computer display or any kind of video display. I am using it for DVD. When I am watching a DVD the people or the objects have a red silouette on the left side and a green silouette on the right side. The silouettes are in the form of horozontal lines, and they will disappear after a while but eventually return. Basically my picture isn't coming in totaly clear. Anyone have a clue as to what I need to adjust on it or replace?
