Problem with PCI Serial Controller.

Hi all,
I just did a new install of Win 98 SE and during the "detecting hardware" stage windows couldn't find a driver for the PCI Serial Controller. I can bypass this but it keeps on trying every time I boot. How can I get the software it's looking for?
The motherboard is an Intel SE440BX-2.
