Problem with pages not updating?

Hi,

I'm wondering if I am the only one having problems with this? I will reply to a thread and after I submit it ....... it goes back to the thread but my post is not there. In order for me to see it I have to refresh the page all the time but not by pressing the refresh button (that only gets me the same posts before I reply) I have to use the browser refresh button. Also If I go to a forum and then leave to visit another site & come back.......... the forum does not change......... seems like the thread that I last saw when I visited are still at the same position (ie. I will visit at 7 am and come back an hour later and the same post is at the top at the same time I left). To see new thread I have to refresh the page everytime. Otherwise it will be the same threads and are not refeshing themselves as new threads get posted .

I don't think it's got any thing to do with my browser (IE6) because I go to other forums & there is no problem there?

Any help would be greatly appriciated.

Possible problem with your cache becoming full. No room for new items.

 
hmmmmmmm ........... actually I figured it out........... in the internet options in my browser.......... it was set to never check for nwer versions of a webpage. I don't know how that happend.
