Problem with P2P networking/Filesharing with NETBEUI

Alright got 2 computers with a linksys router using netbeui to see each other on the network. I can see him and he can see me, we share internet access when I try to access files on his computer it says I may not have the access/resources and I shoudl contact the admin. Please tell me how my security policy under administration options in the control panel should look like on both computers, what is happening thank you guys.
 
I'd start by checking permissions on the folders and files you are trying to share. But I'm not much of a Windows networker. 😉
