problem with overburning with nero on winxp - HELP!

can't seem to get it to overburn with nero, even tho i did go in and set the option of allowing overburn and enabling "disc-at-once" burning.
i checked my LG-8080B and it says it has overburn capability, yet when i try to overburn each time, it tells me that "this medium doesn't have enough space"
anyone help?
