Problem with Opanda exif viewer

I read about Opanda's exif viewer here and on several photography forums and I've downloaded it 3 times over the last few months and cannot get it to work. Everytime I right click on a photo and then click on "View exif..." I get the message "Cannot find Internet file form "Temporary Internet File".

I went to Opanda's site and check their support forums and FAQs, but there was no help there. I didn't bother posting about this on their forums since the last message there was posted in 2006.

I'm using WinXP Home Sp2 and IE6. Anyone know what the problem could be?
 
Odin helped me figure it out on another site. Seems that you have to have Admin rights to use it and I prefer to use a Limited account when I'm browsing around the photography and other forums. Guess I'll leave this posted though in case anyone else has the same problem and does a search for Opanda.
