Can't really understand the problem. When I open up a page with Office web components on my machine, it works just fine, however, on some other users machines, it simply says to download OWC, even AFTER having installed it and restarting. Both machines have similar hardware configs (Dell Optiplexes), and the image we use is the same for both. Both are running Office 2003 with latest updates. I've even compared the OWC11.dll files for any differences, and made sure that the dll is in the right directory. The only difference I can see is that when I go to Tools->Manage Add-Ons on my machine, the OWC11.dll file is there. It does not show up on a machine that is having the problem. Any ideas?
