Weird problem my wife is having with select emails showing blank body/text on occassion from one user.....

- email service is from optonline (Optimum)
- the email text message body is blank if viewed using IE9 from the server on the host
- however; that same message looks fine if viewed from the server using google chrome
- she can also read that same mail on her cell phone, no issues.

So I'm thinking, fine .. a browser related issue.. however
- if she downloads the mail into her desktops microsoft live mail program, and tries to read it from her INBOX, it also shows the body of text as blank. (this is windows7)
- but if I view that same mail on my desktop, using the same MS mail program, I can see it fine...
- I even tried to cut and past the text from my machine, into a note to her from my mail address, but it still shows blank on her desktop.. However if I cut and past that text, and drop it into an MS Word attachment, she can read the attachment fine..
- to complicate things further.. On another desktop she has at her office, she has similar issues trying to read it via IE9 from the mail server url ...

I was thinking maybe the font was corrupted ? (Courier Std).. so i unloaded from my PC and reinstalled. but still no luck.
Any suggestions?

Thanks in advance,
Mike

Maybe she's creating corrupted html email, and only some specific setups can display it right. If so, a workaround would be to use ascii only. That's my preference anyway.
