Problem with NIC(s) on DFI Lanparty UT SLI-D..

Well I just got my DFI mobo up and running nicely on the new OCZ ram, but a new problem has occured that I didnt have with the Epox.. The NIC (it actually seems both NICs, the nvidia and the marvel) randomly goes offline/online all the time. One second I am surfing fine, and the next I am offline. And this seems to happen very frequently, were talking seconds between going on and off.

My sig is accurate besides now having the DFI instead of the the Epox and OCZ instead of the Corsair.. I am using all 4 SATA connections and I have one DVDRW on IDE channel1. Might be some kinda address conflict, but I am not sure how to fix it..

I installed the nforce4 6.66 drivers first, then uninstalled the network driver only and tried with the ones that came with the DFI cd but it didnt solve anything..

Anyone have a clue?

What's the OS? If it's XP check the event log & see what errors if any. Not familiar with that power supply, is it 24 pin? Do you have all 4 motherboard power connections made? Check device manager for any conflicts.

Its XP, not sure how to check the event log. Its a quality PSU with 24 pin. Not sure about 4 power connections tho? Theres the 24 pin, a 4 pin and a regular one (similar to the hd connectors).. Didnt see any other ones on the mobo that needed filling. Theres no conflicts under the device manager.
