Problem with nForce4 board - http.sys BSOD

i think this is a pretty common problem, but it's getting to the point of annoying now and i couldn't find a site that can give me a straight answer.

my xps 600 which is a nforce4 based board been giving me trouble... everytime i load up windows XP Pro i get this stupid blue screen error for http.sys

and sometimes i get a nvtcp.dll error as well

anyone had this problem dealt with?
