Problem with Nexus Multifuction Panel

The CPU temp is not very acurate and im trying to figure out why..

ASUS Probe is showing the CPU at 38C, but the panel shows it at 28C. I followed the instructions mounting the sensor on the heatsink about a inch away from the cpu (I think that is the problem, that it is not close enough to the CPU).

Can anyone give me any mounting advice so I can get the best results from this thing? I mean can you mount it onto the top of the CPU? Or would that keep the heat from transferring to the HS..

Im just alittle afraid to try things since this is a new computer and all, but I would really like to get a acurate reading from the thing. Any help would be greatly appreciated 🙂

thanks 😛😱
