Problem with New Floppy Drive

Hey Guys,

I just got a new floppy drive, and connected the ribbon/power connector...
problem is in windows it keeps saying "insert a floppy disk". I dont hear the floppy drive accessing anything like the legacy loud ones i had.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated...

When you save something?
