problem with netgear rt314 router

Ever since yesterday only the first 2 of the 4 ports are working and I'm not sure but could it have been lightning that killed them? I flashed the rom, restored factory settings and still the same so i figure its a hardware problem. The led under the 100 for the third port flashes every 3 seconds or so. Any ideas of things to check before i order a new router.
 
I had the LAN ports on one of my RT314's fail after something like a year. It happens. If different cables and computer network cards don't work, there's not much you can do other than RMA if possible.
