Problem With Nero

Whenever i try to play a movie, music, or picture file i get a popup that says:

Fatal Error:
Installation corrupted - please reinstall NERO

I click OK and another one just like it pops up. Usually i can click through them in about 2-4 popups. I think this might have something to do with the fact that i installed NERO 7 and then uninstalled that and installed NERO 6 after. Is some registry entry messed up? What can i do to fix this? Any help is greatly apprieciated.
 
I would think registry. Try uninstalling Nero then searching your registry for anything Nero related and delete the entries. Have you tried a registry fixer? ie registry mechanic.
