For some odd reason the other day whenever i went into lower resolution the moniter would say "refresh rate is too low"....and I really didn't care since i would just raise the resolution (1024&768 or greater)

now i'm wanting to play Diablo2 and the game won't even start and I suspect its something to do with the moniter. Anyone have any ideas what is going on? Thanks
