Problem with my TH7-II

My TH7-II isn't working some of my memory. It works fine with 2 64mb sticks, but if I use 2 128mb sticks it only shows 128mb when it boots. I thought it was a problem with the ram so I exchanged it but I'm still having the problem. Does anyone know what's wrong?
